GETPIK POLICIES

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, revisions and service issues are handled for projects submitted to GetPik.

Because GetPik provides customized digital editing and visual production services, refund eligibility may depend on the status of the project and the work already completed.

Mandatory rights under applicable law are not affected. Please read the full policy below for detailed terms.

GetPik provides customized digital services based on client-submitted images, files and project instructions. Because production work may begin shortly after a project is accepted, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the stage of the project, the nature of the service, and the circumstances of the request.

Please review this policy alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Pricing.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to paid GetPik services including, but not limited to:

This policy applies exclusively to digital professional services and does not relate to physical goods.

2. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before GetPik has started production, please contact us as soon as possible. Where no production work has begun and no non-recoverable costs have been incurred, GetPik will review the payment for refund eligibility. Please note that payment processing charges may be non-refundable if applicable, and any third-party charges or custom project preparation already incurred may affect the final refund amount.

3. Cancellations After Work Has Started

Once editing, staging, rendering, floor-plan production, or other project work has begun, the service is considered in production. If you request a cancellation after work has started:

  • Completed work may be fully chargeable.
  • Partially completed work may be chargeable based on the effort expended.
  • Custom work already performed may be non-refundable.

Any potential partial refund depends entirely on the amount of work completed and costs incurred. GetPik will review cancellation requests individually based on the status of the specific project.

4. Completed Services

Because GetPik provides customized digital services tailored to your specific source files, completed and delivered work is generally not refundable solely because the client changes their mind after the service has been performed. However, if you believe the delivered work does not match the agreed project instructions, please contact GetPik so that we can review the issue.

5. Problems With Delivered Work

Clients should contact GetPik immediately if:

  • Files are missing or the wrong files were delivered.
  • Original editing instructions were not followed.
  • Delivered files are corrupted.
  • A technical issue prevents normal use of the files.
  • There is another clear delivery or production error.

Where appropriate, GetPik will first attempt to correct the issue through revision, replacement, or redelivery. If the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, GetPik may review the affected service for refund or account credit eligibility.

6. Revisions and Corrections

For editing-related concerns, GetPik may offer a reasonable opportunity to correct the work before considering a refund. Revisions must relate to the original project instructions. A revision is NOT:

  • An entirely new editing style.
  • A different staging concept not originally requested.
  • Additional images, rooms, or renders not in the original scope.
  • New project requirements or major scope changes.

Such requests may be treated as new projects and may require additional payment.

7. Change-of-Mind Requests

Because GetPik's services involve customized digital work performed specifically for each project, change-of-mind refunds may not be available once production has begun. Examples of non-refundable change-of-mind scenarios include:

  • The client decides not to list the property.
  • The property has already sold.
  • The client no longer needs the images.
  • The client selected the wrong service during checkout.
  • The client changes their marketing strategy.

These circumstances do not automatically mean the completed editing work becomes refundable.

8. Virtual Staging

Virtual staging involves custom creative production. Refund eligibility should not be based solely on subjective preferences if the work properly follows the agreed brief. If a client desires different furniture, another design style, different decor, or substantial layout changes post-delivery, these should generally be handled through the revision policy or treated as additional work depending on the original instructions. If GetPik makes an objective error against the agreed brief, we should be given an opportunity to correct it.

9. Floor Plans

Floor plans are created from measurements, sketches, references, or source materials supplied by the client. If GetPik makes an editing or drawing error relative to the supplied information, the client should contact GetPik for correction. If the client later provides different measurements, corrected measurements, additional rooms, or changed layout information, the additional work may be considered a revision outside the original scope and may incur charges.

10. 3D Rendering & Visualization

3D rendering involves substantial custom production and computational resources. Because of this, work already completed may be non-refundable, and cancellation after production begins may result in charges for the work completed. Substantial design changes may require a revised quotation. Refunds should not be based solely on subjective preference when the approved brief and architectural plans were followed. If GetPik fails to follow the agreed project brief, we will provide an opportunity for correction.

11. Item Removal and Complex Editing

Results for item removal depend heavily on the source image and the amount of hidden or background information available. GetPik will attempt to achieve a natural result, but technically difficult reconstructions may have limitations. If a requested edit cannot reasonably be completed to the expected standard due to source file limitations, GetPik will communicate with the client.

12. Turnaround Times and Delays

Turnaround times displayed on the website or provided during quotation are estimates unless GetPik explicitly confirms a guaranteed deadline in writing. A delay alone should not automatically create a refund entitlement unless a guaranteed deadline was explicitly agreed, applicable law requires otherwise, or GetPik separately agrees to a refund or credit. Delays may arise from:

  • Unusually large project volumes.
  • Highly complex editing requirements.
  • Incomplete instructions or poor source files.
  • Client-requested changes or slow response times.
  • Technical issues or events outside reasonable control.

13. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount, please contact GetPik as soon as possible. GetPik investigates all verified billing errors. If a duplicate or incorrect charge is confirmed, the incorrect amount will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.

14. Payment Processing and Currency

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Depending on the provider, transaction fees, foreign exchange differences, bank charges, or card charges may apply. The amount you receive after an approved refund may differ from the original payment because of currency conversion, bank charges, or third-party processing rules that remain outside GetPik's control.

15. Free Trial Services

Free trial services do not involve a payment refund because no payment is collected for the eligible trial work. Trial eligibility may be limited, and GetPik may modify or withdraw promotional trial offers at our discretion without notice.

16. Custom and High-Volume Projects

Large-volume, recurring, custom, or 3D projects may have project-specific pricing, payment schedules, deposits, milestones, cancellation conditions, and revision terms. Where a written quotation, proposal, or service agreement specifies different terms, those project-specific terms may apply to that project and supersede this general policy.

17. Service Credits

In some situations, GetPik may offer a service credit as an alternative resolution. Any credit offered will be communicated clearly to the client and does not automatically apply to every refund request.

18. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, GetPik will normally return the approved amount through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing time may depend on your payment provider, card issuer, bank, and country. After GetPik processes an approved refund, additional processing time may be required by the financial institution before funds appear in your account.

19. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or review for a refund, please contact us at:

Please provide your name, company/agency, the email address used for the project, an invoice or job reference, the service purchased, the reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots or files.

Important: Do not send complete card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive authentication information by email.

20. How Requests Are Reviewed

The purpose of our review is to determine an appropriate resolution. GetPik may review the original project brief, supplied source files, client instructions, work completed, delivered files, revision history, communications, and payment records. Possible outcomes may include:

  • Correction, revision, or redelivery
  • Service credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • No refund where the service was properly completed according to instructions

21. Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a billing or service issue, we encourage you to contact GetPik first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter directly.

22. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Depending on your location and whether you use GetPik as a business or a consumer, additional legal rights may apply.

23. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when our services, payment processes, or business practices change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
